Experienced Social Media Marketer

Minimum 2 years proven experience running high-impact social campaigns — content, community, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and relevant channels to grow reach and engagement.
  • Create content calendars, write copy, source assets, and oversee design/collateral for campaigns.
  • Manage paid social campaigns (audience setup, creative tests, budget pacing) and optimize for CPL/CPA.

Minimum Requirements

  • Strong copywriting, basic design sensibility (Figma/Canva), and the ability to craft briefs for designers.

Experienced Project Manager — Tech / HubSpot / CRM

Looking for a PM with hands-on HubSpot/CRM experience and strong delivery chops across technical projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end management of HubSpot projects, from client signed through to final deployment and client handover.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring clear, consistent communication.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate and motivate internal teams, assigning tasks and facilitating collaboration between HubSpot specialists, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, managing changes to scope and addressing any issues that may arise to ensure project success.
  • Ensure the quality of all deliverables, overseeing the testing and quality assurance process to meet both client requirements and our agency's high standards.

Minimum Requirements

  • 2+ years experience managing technical projects; 1+ years working with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM data models, APIs, integration patterns, and marketing automation best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication, documentation, and ability to translate technical constraints to non-technical audiences.
